Built on Suzuki’s in-house e-Technology, the e-Access is powered by a 3 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery, which Suzuki says lasts significantly longer than conventional NMC batteries. The scooter offers a claimed IDC range of 95 km and has undergone rigorous testing for water resistance, vibration, and thermal stress.

Performance comes from a 4.1 kW swingarm-mounted motor delivering 15 Nm of torque. Riders can choose from three modes – Eco, Ride A, and Ride B – along with reverse mode and regenerative braking.

Suzuki highlights consistent throttle response even at low battery levels. Its lightweight chassis integrates the aluminium battery case, improving rigidity and stability, while the maintenance-free belt final drive is rated for up to 70,000 km or seven years.

Charging options include a portable AC charger, which charges the scooter from 0 to 80% in 4 hours 30 minutes and fully in 6 hours 42 minutes, and DC fast chargers, which reduce the same 0–80% charge to just 1 hour 12 minutes. Fast chargers are available at over 240 outlets, with portable chargers at all dealerships.

The e-Access features all-LED lighting, dual-tone alloy wheels, 17L underseat storage, inner apron pockets for small items, and a multi-function starter switch to lock the seat, handle, and charging inlet.

Suzuki offers a 7-year/80,000 km warranty at no extra cost and buy-back assurance of up to 60% after three years.
